Himalayan Salt is a powerful body scrub that gently exfoliates dead skin cells, removes the trapped dirt and oil in clogged pores, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and uplifts the skin tone. Himalayan salt for bathing also relaxes the muscles while detoxifying the skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties heal and soothe the skin and nourish it. When used on hair, it helps combat dandruff. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) certifies Indus Valley Bio-Organic Himalayan Salt as edible.
This 100% pure Epsom Salt body wash deep scrubs the skin and sloughs away the dead skin cells, dirt and oil accumulations trapped inside pores. When used as a bathing salt it relaxes the foot and massages and cleans the body and helps in better sleep.
Relaxes and strengthens bones and muscles, relaxes the foot and helps with skin scrubbing and body polishing. When used in hair masks, it conditions dry hair and clears away dandruff, making hair soft and supple.
Take equal quantities of Himalayan Salt and Epsom Salt in a bowl.
Add a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil to it and mix well.
Add some dried flowers to the mixture and store it in an airtight container.
Put 1 tbsp of this mixture in your bathing water and pamper yourself to the hilt. Use twice a week for best results.
