Beginning his career at the prestigious Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Arya spent years working in genetic engineering and advanced analytical research before turning to entrepreneurship. He went on to build one of India’s earliest DSIR-recognised cosmetics R&D centres, developing natural and synthetic hair color technologies that reached more than 90 entrepreneurs worldwide. His work played a pivotal role in transforming India into a global supplier of innovative, plant-based beauty products. With a mission to make safe, organic, and sustainable beauty accessible globally, Arya established Sadaway as a brand-first, research-driven organisation. Dr. Harinder Arya brings over two decades of expertise in peptide chemistry, natural ingredient development, and cosmetic science to Sadaway Pvt. Ltd. A Ph.D. scholar from the University of Delhi, she established the Institute of Natural & Modern Cosmetech, where she trained hundreds of entrepreneurs, authored industry manuals, and advanced natural formulation knowledge across the globe. At Sadaway, she leads R&D and product innovation, specialising in peptide-based beauty actives, herbal ingredient systems, and high-efficacy cosmetic formulations.
